Conflict is emerging between Russia and Ukraine, but the conflict dates itself nearly eight years. The problem at hand could be more than just Russia wishing to wage war against the West; instead, it could be the threat of destabilization. In this episode, YuYu and Spencer decipher the growing tension between Russia and Ukraine and they break down exactly what it means for the U.S., Ukraine, Russia, and others.

The Half Hour is a current events podcast designed with the intention of helping Extemp competitors (and other Speech and Debate members, as well as listening for the general public) understand the importance of political, social, or economical events on a domestic and international scale.
